MUNICH EVENTS: DTM RACING COMPETITION IN THE OLYMPIC STADIUM
On 16 & 17 July 2011 the highlight for all motorsport fans will start in the Olympic Stadium in Munich, when the stars of the DTM racing competition will meet in Munich's Olympic Park.
The event should not be missed at the weekend. The especially for this two-day event paved 1192-meter course covers the green lawn of the Olympic Stadium.
Besides the excitement of motor sports in the Olympic Park there will be a varied program with comedy and live concerts, The DTM event will become an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
On Saturday, the DTM drivers will compete first in an intra-brand competition to determine the best Audi and Mercedes-Benz drivers and to set the pairings for the finals on Sunday. In eight-brand pairings and two single runs in three rounds the fastest drivers will be determined.

After the exciting race on Saturday the Swedish band Mando Diao will rock the Olympic Stadium. At least since the smash hit "Dance With Somebody" Mando Diao are "the measure of all things within the European rock scene. And they will demonstrate this impressively at their concert on Saturday evening at Munich's Olympic Stadium.
